Pangkal Balam Port/PLB is operated by Marine Region II Pangkal Balam. The terminal supports fuel cargo operations including Premium, Pertamax, Avtur, HSD, and Diesel.

All personnel are required to use PPE in accordance with terminal regulations.
Smoking is prohibited in all operational areas of the terminal except in designated areas.
Ships are required to complete the Ship/Shore Safety Checklist before docking or loading/unloading activities.
It is prohibited to dump waste, oil, ballast or garbage into port waters.
Ship communications use VHF/UHF radio on terminal operational channels.
The entire process of berthing, mooring and unmooring must follow the directions of the guide and terminal staff.
