Terminal Khusus Migas Marine Region V Tanjung Batu Balikpapan is located on Jl. Kariangau, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan. The terminal is equipped with four jetties handling various fuel products, including gasoline (Pertalite, Pertamax), diesel (Biosolar), and fuel oil (LSFO/HSFO), supported by a tank farm, small-craft facilities, and an oil spill response base.
Vessel movement within the port waters follows the applicable pilotage, anchorage, and navigational safety provisions determined by the terminal and port authority.
Vessels calling at the terminal are required to comply with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code, including the designation of a Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO).
Personnel and vessel crew are required to use appropriate PPE and to comply with the terminal's waste and hazardous-material handling procedures.
