Port Semarang is operated by PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental (PTK) and serves as a fuel receiving terminal at Tanjung Emas, Semarang. The port has two Single Point Mooring (SPM) facilities for the loading and discharge of fuel products (Solar, Pertamax, Pertalite, Pertadex).

All personnel entering the terminal must wear the required PPE, including safety helmet, safety shoes, protective clothing, and other equipment as required.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within all operational and restricted terminal areas.
All vessels shall complete Ship/Shore Safety Checklists and terminal inspections before cargo operations commence.
Any oil spill, cargo leakage, garbage discharge, or marine pollution is strictly prohibited. All incidents must be reported immediately to the terminal.
Maintain continuous communication with the Central Control Room via VHF Channel 12/14 or telephone throughout terminal operations.
Pilotage is compulsory. Vessels must comply with approved berthing procedures, tug assistance requirements, and terminal instructions at all times.
