Tanjung Gerem Port is operated by Marine Region III TBBM Tanjung Gerem and serves as one of Pertamina’s strategic petroleum terminals in western Indonesia. The terminal accommodates vessel loading and discharging operations through three dedicated jetties with different vessel capacities. Port Regulations

Berthing Safety

Berthing, mooring, cargo handling, and sailing operations shall comply with terminal safety procedures and pilot instructions.

Communication

Continuous communication shall be maintained between vessel, terminal, pilot, and port authority via VHF radio during all marine operations.

Pollution Prevention

All vessels shall comply with MARPOL requirements and terminal pollution prevention procedures to prevent oil spills, garbage discharge, and ballast pollution.

Safety Inspection

All vessels shall complete Ship/Shore Safety Check List and terminal safety inspection before cargo operation.

Smoking Regulation

Smoking is strictly prohibited within operational and restricted terminal areas.

PPE Requirement

All personnel entering the terminal area shall wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with terminal safety regulations.
