Smoking and carrying open flames, lighters, or any ignition sources are strictly prohibited in operational areas, except in designated locations.
Vessels must clear the Ship/Shore Safety Checklist, terminal safety inspections, and HSSE requirements before cargo operations begin.
Discharging waste, oil, bilge, ballast, or other pollutants into the water is strictly prohibited. Any spills must be reported immediately and managed under emergency response procedures.
Continuous VHF radio communication must be maintained on the designated operational channel during berthing and cargo operations.
Berthing must strictly follow the Mooring Master/Pilot guidance, utilizing safe approach speeds and meeting terminal mooring standards.
