The Sibolga Fuel Terminal is a fuel distribution terminal that supports the smooth supply of energy in North Sumatra. The terminal is operated by Pertamina TBBM Sibolga with support from Marine Sibolga.

All personnel are required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) in accordance with terminal regulations, including safety helmets, safety shoes, coveralls, gloves, safety glasses, and life jackets when working in sea or CBM areas.
Smoking is prohibited in all terminal operational areas, CBM areas, and fuel storage locations except in designated areas.
Before unloading activities begin, the ship must undergo a safety inspection, complete the Ship/Shore Safety Checklist, and obtain approval from the terminal.
All ships are required to implement marine pollution prevention procedures, including oil spill control, ship waste management, ballast water, and garbage in accordance with terminal regulations.
All operational communications are conducted via Radio HT Channel 09 and must be coordinated with Marine Sibolga during ship activities.
Docking activities at CBM facilities must follow terminal procedures, use mooring boats as needed, and pay attention to draft limits and tidal conditions.
