TUKS Merauke is a Marine Region VIII terminal handling Premium, P-Max, Kerosene, Solar, Avtur, and Bio Solar via a single jetty. Pilotage is compulsory, provided by Pelindo. The seabed is mud and sand, with navigation hazards including local fishing traffic, small craft, wrecks, and shallow depths (approx. 1 m) at low tide.
