Integrated Terminal Pontianak is a fuel distribution terminal in West Kalimantan operating three jetty facilities to serve small to medium-sized tankers. The terminal is equipped with navigational aids, safety systems, and oil spill response equipment (OSRE) to ensure all operations strictly comply with HSSE standards.

All personnel must wear minimum PPE (safety helmet, antistatic shoes, and long-sleeved workwear). Additional eye and ear protection are mandatory based on the task and Permit to Work (PTW).
Smoking, ignition sources, unauthorized hot work, and spark-producing equipment are strictly prohibited across all terminal areas.
Prior to cargo transfer, vessels must complete a joint Ship/Shore Safety Check (SSSC), document verification, seal checks, tank soundings, product sampling, and equipment readiness checks.
Marine pollution is strictly prohibited. The terminal is equipped with OSRE, and any spill must be immediately contained using oil booms, skimmers, dispersants, and containment bags.
All vessel activities must be coordinated with the Master, Terminal, Marine Officer, and port authorities. Terminal instructions must be followed during berthing and cargo operations.
Vessels must vacate the berth immediately after cargo operations. The terminal or port authority may order unberthing for safety or efficiency, including vessels halting operations for over six hours without valid reason.
