Senoro Marine Terminal is owned by the Upstream Regulatory Body (SKK Migas) and operated on their behalf by Joint Operating Body (JOB) Pertamina–Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi. The terminal has complied with the ISPS Code Level I and commenced operations in August 2015 for the loading of Condensate and Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4).

Senoro Marine Terminal serves as the loading point for Condensate and Sulfuric Acid (H2SO4) produced by JOB Pertamina–Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi. The terminal must be called as the first port for all incoming/offtake tankers loading Senoro Condensate. Pilotage is compulsory (except when anchoring or drifting), and 2 harbor tugs together with a service/patrol boat support all berthing, unberthing, and pollution-monitoring activities.
Transportation:
Any spill or leakage must be reported immediately to the Loading Master, Mooring Master, and Terminal Cargo Control Room.
Main engines and essential machinery must be maintained ready for immediate un-berthing in case of emergency.
No bunkering, dry-docking, or repair facilities are available at the terminal.
Throwing garbage or trash into the sea is strictly prohibited; galley and common waste must be stored in sanitary condition until departure.
