TUKS Migas Pertamina Semampir is a dedicated-use fuel terminal operated by PT Pertamina Patra Niaga at Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya, comprising two berths — Semampir Timur and Semampir Barat — with capacities from 3,500 to 35,000 DWT. An adjoining liquid-bulk jetty at Nilam Utara Barat, operated by PT AKR Corporindo (Terminal Nilam Timur), handles vessels up to 40,000 DWT.

TUKS Semampir is an ISPS Code-compliant terminal (SoCPF valid September 2019 – June 2024), operating two berths for petroleum-product loading and discharge under compulsory pilotage by Pelindo. The adjoining PT AKR Corporindo jetty (Terminal Nilam Timur) is separately ISPS-compliant (ID SUB 02-0433-DV).

Compulsory pilotage by Pelindo Indonesia; docking, mooring, and sailing follow terminal procedure.
