The Baubau Fuel Terminal is a fuel terminal owned by PT Pertamina Energy Terminal, which is under the Integrated Marine Logistics subholding of PT Pertamina International Shipping. Located in Baubau City, Southeast Sulawesi, the terminal began operations in 2012.

The Baubau Fuel Terminal is one of PT Pertamina Energy Terminal's strategic energy distribution terminals, supporting the smooth supply of fuel in Southeast Sulawesi and the surrounding areas. The terminal features large-capacity storage tanks, a terminal automation system, and modern loading and unloading facilities. All operational activities prioritize occupational safety, port security, environmental protection, and reliable operational services in accordance with oil and gas industry standards.

All personnel entering the terminal area are required to use PPE according to the provisions, including safety helmets, safety shoes, coveralls, life vests and life jackets if necessary.
Smoking is prohibited in all operational areas of the terminal except in designated areas.
Every vessel is required to undergo a terminal safety inspection, Ship/Shore Safety Checklist, and meet the Pertamina Safety Approval (PSA) requirements before operations begin.
All ships are required to take measures to prevent marine pollution, including controlling oil spills, managing waste, ballast and garbage in accordance with terminal regulations.
Communication during operations uses VHF Channel 09 and all coordination is done through the Marine Operation Station Fuel Terminal Baubau.
Ships must meet minimum mooring requirements, follow pilot guidance, maintain berthing speed according to terminal regulations, and comply with all safety procedures during the berthing process until departure.
