Tersus Nabire is a Marine Region VIII terminal operated by Marine Tersus Nabire, handling Premium, P-Max, Kerosene, Solar, and Avtur products through a single jetty berth. Pilotage is not compulsory at this terminal. The seabed consists of sand and mud, with a maximum tidal range of 2.1 meters and currents up to 3 knots.

Oil spill prevention and response measures are available at the terminal, including a 300-meter oil boom, one oil skimmer, 1,775 liters of oil spill dispersant, and one oil dispersant pump.
VHF radio communication is available on Channel 9 and Channel 16
Vessel berthing operations must comply with applicable terminal procedures and safety requirements. The terminal is not compulsory pilotage and operates during daylight hours.
