Port Donggi Senoro LNG & Condensate

The Donggi Senoro LNG & Condensate Terminal is owned and operated by PT Donggi Senoro LNG (DSLNG). Located on the eastern arm of Sulawesi Island in the district of Banggai, Central Sulawesi Province, the terminal is designed to export LNG (75,000–155,000 m³ capacity vessels) at the LNG Jetty and Condensate (vessels of 64.0–138.0 meters LOA) at the former Materials Off-take Facility (MOF).

Overview

DSLNG operates an LNG and Condensate export terminal comprising an LNG loading platform (2 x 16" liquid loading arms plus 1 x 16" vapor return arm, four breasting dolphins, and seven mooring dolphins with load-monitoring quick-release hooks) and a separate Condensate loading facility at the former MOF jetty (170 m long, 25 m wide, 14 x 50-ton bollards, 11 "V"-type fenders, portable single loading arm at 420 m³/hour). The terminal has one full-containment LNG storage tank (170,000 m³) and two Condensate storage tanks (12,700 m³ and 27,880 m³).

Port Regulations

Smoking & Naked Lights

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the terminal, except in enclosed spaces on board specifically designated by the Master in consultation with the Terminal Representative; matches, lighters, and naked lights are prohibited.

Cellular Phones & Pagers

Use of cellular phones and pagers is prohibited in hazardous areas unless of an approved type; non-approved devices must be switched off with battery disconnected.

Openings in Superstructure

All windows and portholes must remain closed; external doors (other than those for personnel access) must remain closed at all times.

Air Conditioning

Air conditioning/ventilation intakes that could draw in air from the cargo area must be closed; non-certified window-type units must be electrically disconnected.

Notice of Readiness

If weather conditions do not permit berthing, the vessel is to tender Notice of Readiness on arrival at the anchorage; notice of any berthing delay is given by VHF radio at least one hour before the last ETA.

Tug Usage

All towage within the Terminal Area of Operations must be performed using DSLNG-provided tugs unless written approval is obtained otherwise.
