Mandatory standard PPE (helmet, shoes, coverall, gloves) for all personnel; life jackets are strictly required on the jetty and onboard.
Smoking, open flames, and hot work are prohibited in operational areas unless authorized by a terminal Permit to Work (PTW).
Completion of the Ship/Shore Safety Checklist (SSSCL) covering vessel readiness, hose connections, communication, and emergency systems is mandatory before operations.
Discharging oil, sludge, ballast, or waste into the sea is strictly forbidden; any spill will be mitigated using the terminal's OSRE.
Continuous communication between ship and terminal is mandatory via VHF Channels 09/16 and UHF Sabang Coastal Radio Station.
Berthing and unberthing must comply with terminal procedures based on weather/tide conditions; mooring arrangements must be secured before transfer.
