PT Pertamina (Persero) – TBBM Banjarmasin is a petroleum fuel distribution terminal located in Banjarmasin City, South Kalimantan. This terminal operates as a facility for the receipt, storage, and distribution of various petroleum fuel products, including the Pertamax Series, Bio Solar, Pertamina Dex, Avtur, and Premium. The terminal features three jetties that serve tanker vessels with mandatory pilotage requirements in accordance with port regulations.

Banjarmasin Port is an energy distribution terminal located on the Barito River and a key fuel distribution hub in South Kalimantan. Equipped with adequate navigation facilities and port support, the terminal is capable of providing safe, efficient, and sustainable energy distribution.

All personnel entering the terminal operational area are required to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in accordance with regulations, including safety helmets, safety shoes, coveralls, gloves, and life jackets when working in the dock area.
Smoking is prohibited in all operational areas of the terminal except in designated smoking areas.
All vessels are required to undergo a safety inspection (Ship/Shore Safety Checklist) before loading and unloading operations begin. Inspections may be conducted periodically throughout operations.
All vessels are required to comply with marine pollution prevention procedures. Discharge of oil, sludge, ballast, waste, or garbage into waters is prohibited. Any oil spills must be reported immediately to the terminal.
Operational communications use VHF Radio Channel 09 and must be kept active while the ship is at the terminal.
All berthing and unberthing processes must follow the instructions of the pilot, KSOP, and terminal representative. Vessels must maintain a secure mooring line while at the dock.
