Discharging oil, chemicals, ballast, or waste into the sea is strictly forbidden; any pollution incident must be reported immediately and handled via emergency procedures.
Continuous and active communication between the ship and terminal is mandatory for all operational instructions, emergency alerts, changes, or shutdowns through designated channels.
