PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional provides Ship-to-Ship (STS) crude oil transfer operations at Muntok Offshore Area, Bangka Belitung Islands. The offshore transfer area supports safe and efficient crude oil cargo transfer between tankers using internationally accepted Ship-to-Ship (STS) procedures.

Muntok Port is a strategic port on Bangka Island, serving as a key hub for maritime transportation, logistics distribution, and maritime industrial activity in the Bangka Belitung region. The port supports domestic shipping, regional logistics, and the distribution of the region's leading commodities.
Berthing and mooring operations shall comply with approved STS procedures while maintaining the required Under Keel Clearance (UKC).
Continuous communication shall be maintained between both vessels and the Person in Overall Advisory Control (POAC) throughout the STS operation.
Discharge of oil, sludge, ballast water, garbage, or any pollutant into the sea is prohibited. Oil spill contingency procedures shall be implemented immediately in case of accidental spills.
Ship-to-Ship Safety Checklist shall be completed prior to cargo transfer. Cargo hoses, mooring arrangements, emergency equipment, and communication systems shall be inspected before operation.
Smoking is prohibited during cargo transfer operations except in designated smoking areas approved by the vessel Master.
All personnel involved in Ship-to-Ship operations shall wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety helmet, coverall, safety shoes, gloves, eye protection, and life jacket during deck operations and personnel transfer.
