Pertamina Oil Terminal Tolitoli is a private oil terminal owned by PT Pertamina (Persero) – Marketing Operation Region VII and operated by Pertamina Marine Region VII Tolitoli. The terminal provides marine facilities for receiving and discharging petroleum products, including Premium, Solar (HSD), and Kerosene.

Pertamina Oil Terminal Tolitoli serves as a marine petroleum terminal supporting fuel distribution in Central Sulawesi. The terminal operates one sea-water jetty capable of handling tankers and accommodates cargo operations under normal conditions. The facility is designed to receive and discharge safely in accordance with international marine safety standards.

All personnel entering the terminal shall wear a safety helmet, safety shoes, coverall, and life vest while working in operational areas.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the terminal property.
All vessels must comply with Pertamina regulations, applicable laws, ISGOTT requirements, and successfully complete the Terminal Safety Inspection before cargo operations begin.
The terminal is equipped with oil spill response equipment. Any spill must be reported immediately, cargo operations stopped, and response procedures activated before operations resume.
Marine communication is conducted through VHF Channel 09. Continuous communication between ship and shore is mandatory during cargo transfer operations.
Vessels shall approach the berth at an angle not exceeding 5°, with an approach speed below 0.3 knots. Hand steering is mandatory during berthing, and all mooring arrangements shall comply with terminal requirements.
