Oil spills into the sea are strictly prohibited. Vessels shall maintain pollution prevention equipment. The terminal provides oil spill response equipment and emergency response teams.
Primary communication is maintained via VHF Radio Channel 09. Continuous communication between ship and terminal shall be maintained throughout cargo operations.
Pilotage is compulsory, Tug assistance is provided as required, Hand steering is mandatory during approach. Maximum berthing speed: 0.3 knots.
