Port Regulations

PPE Requirement

All personnel entering the operational area shall wear: Safety Helmet, Safety Shoes, Coverall, Life Vest (where applicable)

Smoking Regulation

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the terminal operational area.

Safety Inspection

All vessels must successfully complete: Terminal Safety Inspection, Ship/Shore Safety Checklist, Pre-Transfer Conference

Pollution Prevention

Oil spills into the sea are strictly prohibited. Vessels shall maintain pollution prevention equipment. The terminal provides oil spill response equipment and emergency response teams.

Communication

Primary communication is maintained via VHF Radio Channel 09. Continuous communication between ship and terminal shall be maintained throughout cargo operations.
