PT. OTM operates two jetties designed to receive vessels ranging from 500 DWT to 110,000 DWT, handling gas oil, mogas, jet fuel, MTBE, and biofuel products. The terminal is ISPS Code compliant and enforces strict HSSE standards for all ship and shore operations.
Cargo Handled:
Minimum PPE consisting of safety helmet, antistatic safety footwear, and antistatic long-sleeve clothing must be worn at all times.
Open fire, welding, smoking, matches, and non-approved illumination are forbidden on board and on the installation at all times.
Discharge of substances into the water or onto the installation is forbidden unless officially approved.
Non spark-/explosion-proof equipment (mobile phones, radios, cameras) requires special permission from terminal management.
Possession or consumption of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants on site is strictly forbidden.
General speed limit of 20 km/h must be observed at all times.
Not permitted during work or within tank pits, pump stations, manifolds, loading racks, or jetties.
The Master must vacate the berth promptly upon completion of loading/discharging, or if operations are suspended for more than 6 hours.
