TUKS Manokwari is a Marine Region VIII terminal handling Premium, P-Max, Kerosene, Solar, and Avtur via a single jetty. Pilotage is compulsory, provided by Pelindo. The seabed consists of sand and coral, with a maximum tidal range of 2.1 meters and currents up to 2.6 knots.

All vessels shall maintain continuous communication with the terminal using VHF Channel 9 or Channel 16.
Vessels shall comply with all pollution prevention procedures. Oil spill prevention equipment, including oil boom, skimmer, dispersant, and dispersant pump, is available at the terminal.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within operational and restricted areas unless otherwise designated.
All vessels must complete the required safety inspection and provide valid statutory certificates prior to berthing.
All personnel and visitors must wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while entering and working within the terminal operational area.
Pilotage is compulsory for all arriving and departing vessels. Masters shall comply with terminal instructions and Pelindo pilot guidance during berthing and unberthing operations.
