Tersus Masohi is a Marine Region VIII terminal handling Premium, P-Lite, Kerosene, Solar, and Bio Solar via a single jetty. Pilotage is not compulsory. The seabed consists of sand, mud, and coral, with a maximum tidal range of 1.9 meters and currents of 1 knot.

All personnel, contractors, and visitors must wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while entering and working within the terminal operational area.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within operational and hazardous areas except in designated smoking zones.
All vessels shall complete terminal safety inspections and submit the required statutory ship certificates before commencing cargo operations. Required documents include Load Line Certificate, Oil Pollution Prevention Certificate, Safety Construction Certificate, Safety Equipment Certificate, Crew List, and Last Port Clearance.
All vessels shall comply with marine pollution prevention procedures. Oil spill response equipment, including oil boom, oil skimmer, dispersant, oil dispersant pump, and oil sorbent, is available at the terminal.
All vessels shall maintain communication with the terminal through VHF Channels 09, 16, and 19 during arrival, berthing, cargo operations, and departure.
Masters shall comply with terminal safety procedures, maintain safe mooring arrangements, and follow terminal instructions during berthing and unberthing operations. Although pilotage is not compulsory, safe navigation remains the responsibility of the vessel’s Master.
