STS Kalbut is a Ship-to-Ship (STS) transfer facility operated by PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental, located offshore of Kalbut, Situbondo, East Java. The facility supports LPG mothership and oil-product STS transfer operations at designated offshore coordinates.

STS Kalbut is a dedicated LPG and oil-product ship-to-ship transfer facility under PT Pertamina Trans Kontinental. It is ISPS Code compliant, with pilotage available for vessels above 1,000 GT and full firefighting and oil-spill-response support.

All personnel are required to use PPE during STS operations.
Mooring is cancelled above 20-knot winds; cargo operations stop above 30 knots; cast-off required above 40 knots.
Oil-spill response equipment kept on standby (harbor-type oil boom, skimmers, dispersant pumps).
VHF radio contact required (Channels 9, 16).
Mooring and unmooring pilotage is compulsory for vessels above 1,000 GT.
